Your account
You must be 18 or over and allowed to gamble where you live. We allow one account per person, household, IP address and device, registered in your own correct name. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred.

Bonus rules
Bonus offers carry 50x wagering on the deposit plus the bonus, unless the offer card says otherwise. Slots count in full, table and live games at 10%, video poker at under 2% and baccarat at 0%. The maximum bet with an active bonus is the sterling equivalent of 10 euros. Unused bonus credits expire after 30 days. Low-risk betting patterns, or a single bet of 20% or more of the bonus, can void it.
Cancelling a bonus
You can cancel an active bonus at any time from the Bonuses tab. The bonus and any winnings made with it are then removed.
Payments
Deposits are credited once confirmed. Each deposit must be staked at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday after a pending state of up to 48 hours, paid to the method used to deposit, and capped at £5,000 per transaction. Large lifetime wins may be paid in instalments.
Verification
We may ask for identity, address and payment documents, and may call the number on your profile. A withdrawal can be cancelled if we cannot reach you within two weeks.
Licence
Love Casino is operated by LoveCasino LTD under a Curaçao master licence. We are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
Changes
We may update offers and these terms. The version shown when you claim an offer applies to it.
